  Extremely happy with my purchase. I was concerned about being charged twice for VAT but all DHL wanted was proof of having paid it. Delivered in days. Packed well. Better condition than described. Hermes confirmed authenticity through their spa. Communication via eBay could have been better (I had to cancel my initial order because the shipping address was wrong and I had to make 5 offers to get the initial offer agreed upon) but taking everything into account, this was a positive experience.
