A must read for anyone who is trying to get over panic attacks.
2 of 2 found this helpful I think this is an excellent book for anyone suffering anxiety and panic attack. It is written by Dr. Claire Weeks. She is a doctor with extensive knowledge about agoraphobia, stress and panic attack. She was treating individuals who suffered with the above for years before anyone even knew agoraphobia was a word.
In her paperback she discusses the physical symptoms of anxiety. In addition she explains the 4 simple steps employed to shut down panic attack, and she shares case studies of clients who have suffered with agoraphobia and recovered.
Throughout the book Dr.Weeks talks to the reader, not about the reader.
