Tempermental battery or phone?
Well, when it works, it works well. I don't know why but at times when I try to charge it on my Samsung Rugby, I get an error message and the battery does not want to charge. But if I wait a bit (like a week) try again, it works. And when it works, it holds its charge. I just wanted to have a back up to my stock battery before it died. this is why I ordered this one. I am concerned that this is a knock off made to look like the genuine article. Again, if you are patient with it, it (can) work. I cannot rule out that maybe it is my phone that is the problem ; my phone is now 3+ old and maybe cranky...

A dually truck necessity
Well it is pricey but if you own a dually, this thing is SURELY useful. Frankly, its just an overpriced milled pieces of metal on screw (that is why I gave 3 stars because it is okay, not awesome). I have seen cheaper ways to pop off dually rims but this thing is great to have in your truck in case you need to swap out the back tires on the road. So yes, keep in the truck for the road.
Note: This is good for steel rims that you don't care about possibly scuffing up. If you have expensive rims on your truck, well... metal on metal may be an issue. Grease that screw really well and it works better with a breaker bar or really strong impact wrench with lots of torque. Do I regret buying it? No, given my needs.
