The product/book was good value for money
I bought this book as my son is interested in joining the French Foreign Legion - he read the book and was not impressed as there are alot of inconsistancies within this book as to what regiment David Mason was actually in plus a few other issues.
I read the book after my son and found the same issue and feel that Mr Mason should not have joined the Legion - I have friends in the Legion at present and they are enjoying it - it's been bloody hard for them and it is not a stroll in the park but it has been worth it for them and they have been in the Legion for over 8 years and intend to stay.
I know it is not for everyone - but each to their ow
