Huge disappointment

others report great stuff, this did not reflect our experience at all. It was fine at first and then after downloading two apps and adding a memory cars for music it began freezing constantly and the touchscreen lacked responsiveness, one issue after another even after a reset. T mobile was no help. I found some reviews on cnet and elsewhere that report similar issues, wish I had read those first... We returned it!
