Very easy to install
My old thermostat - was another brand, but quite working- it got stuck at 70 degrees on heat. The furnace would click on at 69 degrees and stop after the house warmed up to 70. It was flu season and when someone gets the chills a warmer house ,feels so much better. The mounting screws were there and the connecting wires were all color coded. After matching the color coded wires with the same color screws.the mounting was easy as holding it level with one hand while tightening the mounting screws . After testing - to see the heat and air would kick on ,I then followed the directions to set the clock and C or F as directed in the instructions for temp.it was installed in minutes and working perfectly. I saved on service calls and had no problem . This works great and I have the install instruction and setting instructions handy, in case I ever need them. I feel confident I will get years of service from this new up grade , worry free. thanks...
