Great buy
Switch works perfectly, however setup is a pain if you have any OS other than XP. Set your IP to 10.1.1.3 but do not plug in to switch. hold setup button while plugging in power to switch, then wait for led's to turn amber. let go of button then. wait untill the port 1 led flasshes green then plug in. This will allow you to access the web interface through a browser at 10.1.1.2 and reset to factory. after that you can follow cisco's instructions for setup.
