  Very rude seller, writing back in CAPS LOCK when normal questions were asked and also with wrong information. Sent the item without twillys even thought they were part of the deal. And then asked extra money to send them anyway!! Returned the item thanks to eBay’s Buyers Protection program. Also because the bag had tears that weren’t mentioned or photographed and the bag would be cleaned by a professional service, which obviously was not! Not recommended.
