  When I saw how poorly it was packaged, I was expecting a ton of deaths, but surprisingly they ALL survived! I live in a hot place and the package wasn't the best for heat, so I'm very glad they all made it. There was an icepack but not on the roaches themselves. Seller also sent some free superworms! A lot escaped the paper they were put in, but my gecko enjoyed them and I appreciate the free worms. Great seller, just would suggest a better packaging method for hotter states. Would buy again!

  I highly recommend this store. This transaction was by far the best customer service experience I've ever had on E-bay! Wonderful and timely communication from the seller. The packaging was perfect with the heatwave we're having right now. The hornworms arrived healthy and in great condition. There were a variety of sizes which I really appreciated.   USPS took a little longer than expected and I was concerned these little guys wouldn't make it due to the heat, but thankfully they arrived pretty healthy. Very well packaged and included a cold pack which most sellers charge extra for and I'm sure contributed to their survival over their journey. Great seller.
