  Very customer oriented seller double and triple checked to make sure I understood package flaws etc. I had no problems as toys are meant to be played with by kids before collectors. UPS is another story however I would strongly caution anyone that lives in a complex or development that it appears UPS is trying to double dip and charge customers for picking up their packages I had it happen to me last month same item different seller and almost happened this time but I had to be on top of it etc
