LIghtweight and perfect for a woman's wrist.
This is a nice wrist support for those with carpal tunnel or arthritis because it provides adequate support for light activities. It's intended purpose is for activities such as typing, sewing and other activities where the wrist should be held straight to avoid increasing the effects of stress related injuries. For more strenuous activities a stronger brace should be considered.

Spelt white flour
As a person with non-sprue gluten intollerance, I find the Spelt white flour easier to digest than the whole grain Spelt flour. It makes a delicious, chewy sourdough bread!
