I can’t praise the seller enough for their communication after I voiced concern over the courier misplacing the parcel - they were attentive and polite, and sent out a replacement ASAP which was delivered shortly after. However, the courier took 15 days to deliver it, having temporarily "misplaced" the item. Shame that the delivery was so late it missed what I needed it for, it did take the edge off.
