Doesn't Fit My 2013 F150

I ordered this for my 2013 Lariat Ford F150, however it's not an exact match. The panel does fit onto the seat and stay and lines up with the power seat adjuster panel. However, there is a hole/large gap around the seatbelt housing as you can see in the picture. This is not correct.
