Simple Operator

My doctor recently put me on a very restricted diet. Including commercial yogurt, due to the sugars, added colors, fake sweeteners, and all the preservatives.
But, she said, you can make your own! So I love this machine, takes all of the guess work out of it. I do highly suggest that when your done making the yogurt that you strain it with a coffee filter, to make it thicker.
Whole milk and goats milk turns out wonderful. I tried almond milk...did not work for me, watery and the color was odd.
