  Ordered an 18mm strap, but got 20mm. Hard to get a response from the seller, so I offered to buy it again but I asked for free shipping. Got the 2nd strap but it was 20mm again. Seller is sending an 18mm for free after multiple messages. Communication was bad. Lovely strap but this whole process has been tedious.

  I re-purchased the same strap I had previously purchased from this same seller... only to receive a strap that was too long (see photo), the shortest adjustment hole (strap at right) longer than the 3rd hole on the original strap (strap at left) I use for my 6.5" wrist. I sent the photo showing both straps and the size difference requesting smaller strap. The seller offered to refund the purchase. I kindly countered asking he only refund shipping. I never heard back and no refund was sent.
