Rustic looking projects
If you're into very rustic 1970's look, then these projects work. Was looking for more ideas for the 2000's.

Good first health monitoring device
Bought as my introduction to monitoring my health. Display is a bit difficult to read in sunlight or if too low light.
Needed to start somewhere and wasn't sure I even want to wear something, but it is ok. Wore a watch for about 40 years, then quit with advent of cell phones. It isn't much of a bother.
One down side is having to charge a battery every 2 or 3 days.
If I like this after a year, plan to get a newer version, but didn't want to waste a lot of money if I didn't like wearing a watch.
