Fun building
Fun figure with a unique play-pattern, able to link with the shield-robots and other Modulators from the same line. Joints are good for such a chunky fellow. Fun to pose with Micromasters.

What a good retool looks like
A great interpretation of Inferno, turning into a Rosenbauer-inspired fire engine instead of a Mitsubishi Fuso. A new-head retool of Combiner Wars Hot Spot in a brilliant red with some fine sticker work. The new robot mode head is well-sculpted, and it even integrates the new Combiner feet that the Power of the Primes Leader-class figures came with into the robot mode, since you can pose it with the guns it comes with as over-shoulder water cannons. You may have to fiddle a bit to get it into action poses, but the ladder boom on the back helps to balance him.
A fantastic figure with tighter tolerances than even the original Hot Spot release. His combined mode may not have a name, but it's a great redeco of Defensor's torso and just waiting for someone to give it a cool name and story. Granted, the figure can't easily mount the Enigma of Combination it comes with in torso mode, since it doesn't have the housing that the molds purpose-made for Power of the Primes have. However, that's a very minor complaint that doesn't detract from its play value. Worth being in the collection of anyone who likes the Combiner Wars gimmicks, Inferno fans looking for another figure next to the Kingdom release, or just someone looking for a big solid firetruck.
