new level in the culinary skill
I did not hold anything better in my hands. whip cream very quickly. Quite heavy, my former whisk weighs 45 grams, the weight of this - 90 grams, but in practice I realized that this is only a plus! Just consider, the bowl with the corners of the bottom does not fit, you need a more round bottom, since the volume of the ball is large, it does not reach deep corners! I really love it! It turns out a terrific custard, dough for pancakes, and much more! Highly recommend !

awesome cook tool
absolutely indispensable tool in the kitchen for the true cook! quite heavy, although at first glance you can not say! very stable, professional thing! you feel like a master of the kitchen!
