  The steering rack is new as described but a little dirty on one side which made me question if it was new or reconditioned, but on closer inspection it appears to be from being on a workshop shelf for years. The most frustrating part was the £83 extra I had to pay for Import VAT, customs duty and clearance fee not mentioned on the listing. This made it more expensive and slower to arrive than I could have got from the UK. The package was also damaged, but luckily the rack seems ok.

  It should be clear to you that if you shop in the EU you pay customs duty and import tax thanks to Brexit and not thanks to the seller. But a damaged box should not happen. We will improve that in the future.
