1 of 1 found this helpful Fantastic value, 5 DVD'S so a great choice of workouts from 1 mile to 5 miles and sculpting exercises at the end if you want a bit more. These are so easy to follow and i do them in an area of 2ft by 7ft so you dont need loads of room. Have used these for a few weeks and can really feel and see a difference not only in my fitness level ( which was 3/10) and also in my shape which has tightened but the best bit is that it has made me feel so much better and has lifted my mood. Every day i am thankful i bought these.

They look more expensive than what they cost
