Industrial design masterpiece
This is not just a vaccum cleaner, this is actually, from an industrial design perspective, a work of art, a masterpiece. It is very solidly built, overbuilt perhaps (but i love that). It is very user friendly - in spite of it being a bit heavy once its assembled and in use, it is so easy to use that the weight becomes a complete non-issue (except for if you have to lift the machine). Alot of thought went into how to put it together, its easy and a snap. Its a very elegant machine....and the icing on the cake? It really works!!!! So many products in today's age over promise and under deliver. This thing cleans, and cleans, and cleans. And it really cleans. No dust blowing out the back of the machine, no filters to get clogged decreasing airflow, the new power nozzle is a dream as it works also on hard flooring, it almost cleans itself. On a final note, the pricing from great vacs on a reconditioned/refurbished machine that is almost indistinguishable from a new one makes this truly an amazing value. Great vacs is also great to work with, the Rainbow was shipped very quickly, and customer service (had some minor issues which were addressed promptly and without hassle at all) is first rate. Why would anybody spend over twice as much on a brand new one?
