BATMAN: THE LONG HALLOWEEN

What ever Batman story should aspire to be.

I can't believe I've waited this long to read this story. You can tell within the first few pages that the newest Batman movie as well as the Nolan-helmed trilogy derived so much from this storyline. The art is somehow both realistic and cartoon-esque simultaneously giving it a very distinct feel and quality. I've enjoyed every aspect of it. Worth of every penny. If you are a fan of Batman or of comic books in general, do yourself a favor and buy this collection.

The Legacy continues

I love this series and how it continues the story that began with Anakin Skywalker far into the future. It shows the Star Wars universe with a level of brutality and despair that hasn't been unseen before. Cade isn't the best character but he fits into the anti-hero archetype pretty well. This part of the story adds some new layers to the story and you find out Cade isn't the last Skywalker around.
