Great Apple Recipes
A great reference cookbook for all kinds of apple recipes. Many recipes are traditional and many are a heathier version of the more traditional ones. This book is ouit of print, so I was very happy to find it on eBay.

Excellent restaurant recipes.
I visited Rosa's Mexicano while in Washington, D.C. a couple of months ago, and the food and atmosphere was a true great restaurant experience. All 8 of us dining had some of the best Mexican dishes ever, and our waiter brought the owner and chef's cookbook for all of us to see. I was so impressed that I got on the internet after returning home to Southern California (no Rosa restaurants here as yet) and bought the first Rosa Mexicano cookbook I found on eBay. The book is well organized, with beautiful photos, histories of certain dishes, and detailed use of the different chiles and preparation of the restaurant's signature dishes. This cookbook is one of my favorites of all time now, and worth owning, even if you have other Mexican cookbooks.

Espresso Tamper does the job.
Nice weight and works well. The small end is the only size that fits my espresso maker's metal coffee filter, but I like having an option for the future plus it adds weight.
