It was sold as new, but it was an open box.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have not installed/tested the unit yet. But all components seem to be in there. The unit was sold as a new one, but it was actually an open unit, and there are obvios signs of tear and wear... Very disappointed!

Thank you; I recived the book. My experiance is over all positive, but I did not expect to receive the book with a damaged (ripped cover). Nonetheless, I intend to enjoy reading the book. Much obliged.

Happy with my purchase. Product very much as expected. Cosmetically, a bit banged up, but fixable with minor touching-up.
I can not complain for the price. It is exactly what I expected. The products did have 'scratches' on some of the edges, and some of the corners were slightly "banged in." Nothing I can not touch-up. QA seems to be "C" to "C+" rated at the factory, but no more—according to my observation of this product. All that being said, I am happy with my purchase.
