It uses similar drivers to one of the surface pros so it works well once you've almost given up.

Solid performance, excellent value, cheap CPU's and memory now.
The processors for this system have become incredibly inexpensive such that a 1500 processor now sells for 50 with the performance of a top shelf CPU and you can put two in it for video editing, game design, sound processing, video games, photo editing, etc... it makes an excellent virtualization platform and it has a USB port right on the motherboard for your hypervisor.
There are tons of SATA ports as well as an SCU which allows four additional drives to be connected.
It's got 3 PCIe 3 x16 slots for crossfire or SLI... you need to have two processors in the system to populate the first video slot but there are two others as well as a variety of x4 slots.
the drive storage carriers are a nice touch, they silence the drives quite well. the drive carrier rotates out to make it easy to plug drives in and get them situated.
The ventilation is excellent with a high airflow intake and exhaust as well as the GPU and vented PCI slot covers... this thing never got hot even with an AMD GPU and two Xeons at full power.
The power supply is excellent too. Supermicro is a great company with a great reputation.
