Not for bruxism
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought it because of my problem with bruxism and it didn't help. This is not for this kind of cases. Material is ok and maybe it would help in a boxing match. It provoked lot of jaw pain in the morning, especially teeth pain so I gave up after couple of nights. It felt like my lower jaw and teeth will get displaced if I continue using it. So, good as a protection in sport but not for bruxism. Tumbs down.
