Not perfect out of the box, but a major upgrade nonetheless.
Yup, its an aluminum rocking bigsby bridge, the kind that vintage Guild electrics used to use (and Guild should still use them, frankly). My only complaint is that the rocking part is cast slightly crooked - the flat part of the base extends down too far on the one side, preventing the bridge from rocking. Five minutes with a file and everything moves as it should, but its still a little bit annoying that it wasn't right out of the box. Also, you need to file notches for the strings, but that isn't hard at all - just make sure you don't make them too deep!

Yup it works
It doesn't seem to be quite 3 to 1 shrinkage, but overall I'm quite happy with this kit. I bought it to help me fix a broken snes controller cable, and I'm very happy with the results :) My amateur work has never looked more professional!

Works just fine
These new pads have restored the "pop" to my snes controllers' buttons. Not quite as nicely made as the old ones, but thats fine. No complaints about functionality.
