Sony MDR-V700DJ headphones - almost original
2 of 3 found this helpful First, I really thought they are fully original. Actually, I still don't know if they really are or not. All the things I can say about them are that more than half of the clues that I read in a "fake or not review" seem to show an original product. They look very good, the jack and adaptor seem to be original (black smooth finish), the cord too, the automatic position recovering mechanism of the swivel is ok, and they sound wonderful. The carrying pouch is cream white, soft, and has a silky black label with "Sony" logo on a corner. But, according to the box dimensions they could seem to be not original. I wanted to sell them, but the guy who has won the auction told me that "these are not the ones I expected to see".
Finally I kept them, I use them for occasional DJ geeks and for listening at home every day and I really like them.
My opinion: if you buy them for personal use, they are perfect and you will be really satisfied with their quality and they really are a perfect deal for this price. But, if you want to resell them, a pretentious and experienced buyer might not buy them.
Personally, I will keep them for a long time use and I'm happy with this deal.
