Not Very Good Quality
After buying this product and it having been delivered, although it is a useful product, i was unsatisfied with its such poor manufacture ( some plectrums don't fit in the holder) and with its badly designed, ridged edges within the product, it is not as easy as expected to get the plectrum out or put it back in. In addition to this, as i saw the exact same product advertised for £1, i would have thought this came with a pick perhaps, and a bit better quality than apparent?

Absolutely shocking
After buying this item after looking at 1 photo, i realised that that one photo was not enough to decide i wanted the product. After recieving the item, i returned it via 1st class royal mail. More than 2 weeks have passed and they have still not given me a refund. I even asked them where my refund was, and they asked for proof of postage/ reciept. Even after showing this, they continuously asked for more, even though the reciept was adequate proof of postage and arrival time. This seller is shocking and im truly dissapointed with the service i have recieved.
