What a confusing mess;
1 of 4 found this helpful To tell the truth, I ordered this thinking it was appropriate for using with our I-pods/phones at work. When I realized it was for T.V. use I took it home and got rid of all our unsightly speakers and wires and hooked it up and no sound came out. Called support and they talked us through the "cycling" process and it worked for a while then stopped. Called support again and they recommended a new disc player so we upgraded to a blue-tooth blue ray player. More product support and again it worked for a while then nothing. After more support sessions we finally got some sound (great sound by the way) but only on the cable TV. No sound from the disc player or the internet. My lesson? DON'T THROW AWAY THE BOX! Otherwise I would have returned it.
