I've did this once already. They fit and look good.

For the price + free shipping you can't beat it. Especially for me because mine is outside covered up and hanging under a canopy.
For best results tie the bag at the bottom because it will sway putting a load on the straps. I weigh a 149 lbs and i can smack it around pretty good.
If you wear wraps and full training boxing gloves, it's not too hard. I would rate in the middle for hardness.

It's good but if a person wanted to be a full time sign painter they would need more up to date material.
The book features a lot of old tips and tricks. It may take a few reads for it to all sink in but it will enlighten you if you want to paint signs for a hobby.
