great product
it was exactly as described

the hitch was great the wiring kit was junk
the box showed up fast, and when it was suppose to. the box had some holes in it. when we opened it we found that the lock was not there. i contacted the company they sent out a replacement.
the hitch installed great and easy, as did the click and play wiring. I got the wiring all hooked up and ran through the floor only to discover my brand new wiring kit had been spliced. bare wires twisted together. I contacted the company they ask if i wanted another wiring kit. My thought was that shouldn't even be a question.
