Freezes the pointer
0 of 3 found this helpful This mouse is not a genuine Intellimouse Optical. Every time I sleep the computer the pointer is frozen. I pull the mouse out of the USB port, then plug it back in and the pointer starts working. Happens every time. I alternated between this mouse and my original very old Microsoft Intellimouse Optical and this mouse froze the pointer every time on sleep and the original mouse did not, every time. There is something wrong with this mouse. People report that these knock-off copies lose the pointer (flies off to the side) when the mouse is lifted off the pad, but this mouse does not do that, but it does freeze the pointer upon sleep.
