It works fine, is my first Dyson vacuum and its very strong but in my unit i dont know if theres supposed to have a light behind the power button which is clear and is hard to push, the good thing is the 5 year warranty advertised on the description
But the misleading thing is when your ordering and they labeled it NEW which when checking my order i was excited about for a great deal, but when checking the description i saw NEW Condition OPEN Box, that part i think is misleading thats it
