HIGLY disappointed and dissatisfied
14 of 14 found this helpful it will not charge and if it does it’ll only charge for 5 minutes then stop. i don’t know if it needs a new battery or what but i paid for a WORKING phone and i can’t even enjoy it because it’s never charged. i’ve tried multiple chargers and even went to the Apple store to figure out what’s wrong. nothings worked so far but honestly i shouldn’t have to be going through this in the first place.
