Well packaged and as described. European buyer, ask seller for FedEx shipping! Be aware that eBay charges VAT and FedEx attempts to charge it a second time. Solution is to declare the item yourself and supply eBay IOSS number. If this fails, apply for a refund of the initial VAT from eBay. This item requires a 150 W power supply and the 35 W version motherboard. Tight fit when installing, be careful to not break anything. The fan is silent when idle, but a bit whiny under load, even when new.

I asked the seller if the LCD Panel contains the Inverter as shown in the image, and they responded very promptly. I bought the item and then waited for it to arrive, but UPS had lost the package. I told the seller about it and they immediately asked if I wanted a new one sent in the meantime of a lost package investigation. The item arrived as advertised in incredible condition.
