Design Change
The only critique I have on the cover is this: The straps that hold the tablet in place are poorly placed. The straps cover the speakers on the tablet thus defeating the purpose of having forward facing speakers. Bring the straps in approximately 1 1/2 inchs on both sides toward the center being sure to clear the swivel base.
Changing the location of the straps will ensure that the tablet stays in place, does not impede the swivel and will not cover up the speakers. Although I found the tablet stays in place snug enough to not need the straps. Therefore, I cut mine off and it did not hurt the aesthetics.

It Works!
It worked out of the box. I work as a hardware analyst and it seemed a little light and flimsy. Overall though so far so good.
