Excellent item
Excellent item, bright screen, quick response. A very good unit overall. Wish it had WiFi wireless capabilities, but for the price, its expected for it to not have that. Other than that, very easy to sync via the windows syncing software.

Changed my life!
I had an excellent vacuum that was 3 times the price of this one, but it just wouldn't get my dogs hair out of the low pile rugs. So I would have to sit with a squeegee and brush and pull the hair out of the rug that way. It took a lot of effort and time. Then came this vacuum. Amazing! Just ran it over the carpet once and all the hair was gone, immediately. Such a great vacuum. The only downside to this vacuum is that the hose isn't very complaint. If you detach the hose off to use the accessories, and pull on the hose, the vacuum comes with it and falls. I wish they used a weaker spring on the hose so that you could pull it without the vacuum following it. Otherwise, just a fabulous vacuum for the price.
