Bad voltage regulators poor quality.

One never worked tried to light a 12 volt bulb and came on and check the voltage regulator and is bad. Put my old voltage regulator back and 12 volt bulb worked. Didn’t tried the second voltage regulator .

nice ac voltmeter

this AC voltmeter is great condition but didn't work the meter pegs to the right when turn on. I was a HEATHKIT tech. for 17 years at st. louis location and found several caps that were leaking. replace the caps and calibrated fine and it works perfectly.
