  Bought a $36 dollar XLR pen as a. Collectors item seller said was brand new. It arrived with some XLR coasters I got from him and it was used dented and scratched. Contacted the seller, sent him some pics. He lied and said it wasn’t the pen he sent me even though he wrapped it up and sent it in the same package as the coasters. So I guess someone broke into the package, exchanged his new one with a damaged one then shipped it to me from his address. He denies he sent it to me and refuses

  Firstly, you paid $30 since I took your lower price offer. Every item I have sold has been pictured to reflect the exact condition as they are vintage and have been stored for a long time. My pictures of the XLR pen IS the pen I sent. I will update my pictures to show ALL the pens I have so it will prove all the pens are new. He wanted me to send him another 1 since I have 4 total. He will be blocked as a buyer from my store.
