Wrong product for Insignia NS-SB515 sound bar.

The ac adapter was the wrong output voltage for a Insignia NS-SB515 sound bar. The output voltage needed is 18 volts not 12 volts like this product. There was no output voltage in the product description.

Part does not match main picture

The part that was sent to me does not match the picture in the ad. The main picture shows brass fittings with the coupler's. The coupler's sent was different then the main picture and did not include the brass fittings. Bate and switch ?
