    This seller false advertised the product. I did not receive the soap dish case it states it comes with. I ordered this product specifically for this. The seller should have sent me a notice when he or she got my order to inform me there is no soap case and then I would have cancelled the order.

    I do not know how it is possible that the store I ordered my Brother printer from does not sell the ink, however, this seller was exceedingly helpful in confirming that I was purchasing the correct ink cartridge and even followed up with a message inquiring if everything had worked out all right. Anything one buys these days is disposable. This is my fourth printer in 7 months! All the other three died. I hope this seller continues to offer these cartridges. Great seller!
