Good value, as advertised
1 of 1 found this helpful I was a little leery about buying a refurbished tool. After reading other buyers reviews I decided to take a chance, as the tools are advertised as factory refurbished, and I have quite a bit of faith in the Makita brand.
Other than a sticker and a small branded "R" on each tool, they actually appeared to be in new condition. I've used 18V Makita tools professional for many years now and bought these to use in situations where I might "beat them up" a little bit and for situations where I want to have different bits and drivers prechucked in several tools at the same time.....so far they're on par with all my other Makita tools, great.
The batteries and charger alone make this a pretty good value. I won't hesitate to try other tools "refurbished" by Makita.
