  Purchased a Lugia figure from this seller and saw afterwards they do not accept returns. There were multiple flaws with the figure that were not disclosed or shown in the pictures or description. Contacted the seller and they were dismissive about the misrepresentation. I plan to keep it since it’s hard to find, but be careful about what you purchase from this seller as the quality may not be what’s pictured.

  The buyer does not understand that garage kit statues are not the same as licensed figures. The manufacturer includes figure putty for a reason; parts of GK figures typically are loose fitting. What the buyer is calling “flaws” are actually how the figure itself came from AYS Studio. Buyer blocked.

  Great seller highly recommend great packaging had to sign for it so that was a little annoying since I work nights and was asleep and got woke up after a 12 hour shift only sleeping for a couple hours lucky I even heard the carrier at the door but other than that it was a positive experience would buy from you again
