Seller was great on first order and items are a great value and are exactly as described pictured. However. Shipping was delayed, not the seller's fault once in 3rd party hands. However, these items were guaranteed by a certain date and can be claimed for shipping refund if not received by that date. as the Buyer, who pays for the shipping, we cannot file the claim. Seller contacted and refused assistance. The seller can file the claim and get the shipping refund, pass it on the buyer.
