Sorry, not recommended.

This product fails because its critical dimensions differ from the adaptor offered by Pentax (which works well for most M42 lenses, by the way). You end up with a loose fitting lens which isn't held firmly in place - not ideal, and true for all lenses. Note: this is even true for M42 lenses such as Takumars, which have a flat base, and which don't have problems when mounted on the Pentax adaptor (certain Eastern European examples don't have a flat base and you can end up with wobble).
