Cheap but effective.
I don't know why this has such a bad review. I bought it twice and didn't the third just because I wanted to try "more star" Jojen and I'm NOT satisfied at all. On the other had THIS ONE is quicker, if there is no "skin damage" it doesn't hurt and it lasts fairly long (I mean the package). Not forgetting to mention it REALLY bleach the hair even to the "white almost transparent level" giving enough time (2-4 min estimate)
I have 4 skin allergies and athopic complexion and it didn't give me any rash so it's a decent product for a slim price.
