Item is in good condition and works, seller is friendly and very reputable. I had some serious delays in shipping that were out of anyone's control. After the item didn't arrive for almost a month the seller sent me a refund even though they didn't need to, then when it did show up suddenly the seller was quite understanding and allowed me to pay for it again instead of sending it back. I would absolutely do business with them when it comes to PC-Engine Japanese game imports for my collection.
