Best deal for bio-available selenium
I got this for myself/human use. I was told from Dr Richard Olree, that selenium is the master detox mineral, plus it's used for many other things within the body, but this past year or so, It seems detoxification was the goal 99% of the time.
Tastes yeasty, which can be appealing if done lightly, but I've been taking like maybe 10x the daily RDA for a human, maybe more. I've been taking it with NAC, cuz I believe I read somewhere NAC boosts absorbability, maybe Dr Olree said it.
Since my Mother took the vax (and all the boosters too [fudge]) I've been taking the absurdly high doses of Selenium yeast, just to not get sick. My mother wont tolerate the strong yeast taste, so I figured to get some Brazil Nut oil, which is the HIGHEST of a natural food source for selenium, and just give her some back rubs for the selenium absorption. Seems to help. I should give her some NAC to go with it and Zinc too.
I wonder about chatting with a nearby equestrian about this selenium, and we could make a larger discounted mutual purchase together. We'll see

Delicious for furikake!
delicious. onigiri was lots better with it, made my own furikake, or my sister did anyways, and i added this, it was really pretty good. i think i'll have to had like 5% glutinous rice flour to my oat groats, and it'll be sticky enough, because it broke apart, didnt act like regular rice for sushi/onigiri. mmm, i look forward to the next improved iteration.
