Didn't work for me. Too bulky, made my shoes unfittable. May work for you if your shoes are too big.
It is really bulky. Hard to fit into my shoes.

5 minutes a day is all it takes.
This one was a gift. I already own one and I love it. I try and use it every day and twice if possible. It really helps me with my lower back pain.

a few words
It is a little bigger than I needed, but fits my purpose. The top clasps are a nuisance and don't really need to be there. I'll most likely them off. Otherwise, it does the job for me.
